Overview
- Goods once sold will not be taken back.
- All Products are covered by a one-year warranty, except for the Sanitary Pad Destroyer Heater Coil, which is
covered by a six-month warranty. Warranty request responses may take up to 15 business days. - The warranty does not include any external or internal damages occurring due to the user’s negligence or any
damages occurring through events classified as an act of God. - Warranty is void in case there is any pending payment from the customer
- The Product is delivered in ready-to-use condition; hence no installation support from the company end is required.
- During the warranty period, should any issues arise with the Product, our technical support team will first check the Product via a video call, identify the faulty part/component and then we will send the part/component to the
customers site location. Customer then has to arrange for the part to be replaced in the Product, if required we will
guide for the process via a video call. - If the issue is not resolved by the above method, then we arrange for the product to be returned to our factory for
repair or replacement as necessary. Please note that we do not send representatives to the customer’s site for
machine repairs under any circumstances. - All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
